I was born on the 30th of April, 1974, in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia. I am a VoIP developer, network engineer and software/web developer, and general technology enthusiast.
I operate and maintain Waitara Networks, a technology blog aimed specifically at exploring and discussing ideas about improving the corporate IT ecosystem.

I am an active contributor to Wikipedia, and member of the Australian Motorsport WikiProject, where I have primarily been responsible for a number of pages, notably the Kelly Racing page.
I am a fanatical supporter of the Essendon Football Club and have been all of my life. I have been a paid member of the club since 1997.
I love just about any form of motor sport, but in particular V8 Supercars Australia, where I support Holden and Jack Daniel’s Racing/Kelly Racing, and Formula One.
I am currently engaged to be married to my awesome partner, Naomi, and we are parents to an amazing little girl named Hannah, born 10 weeks prematurely on the 28th of February, 2006.
